What are 3PL services?

3PL providers handle various logistics activities such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, order picking, and distribution. This allows companies to focus on their core activities while an expert handles the logistics.

Warehouse and 3PL services

We have various large 3PL fulfillment warehouses/distribution centers nationwide with our main warehouse in Los Angeles. We can manage the following warehouse and distribution:

                                                    - Domestic distribution and fulfillment

                - Crating Services

              - Consolidations

                                         - Storage and segregation rates

Effective January 2025, all warehouse and 3PL service engagements shall be subject to a minimum initial term of twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, each engagement shall automatically renew for successive terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term, in accordance with the applicable Master Service Agreement.
